We ship throughout the world. We offer 5 methods of shipping: (Please note that a signature will be required for all of our deliveries)
UK STANDARD – £4.69 (Approx 2 – 5 working days) or FREE when you spend over £100
UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY – £8.19 (Next Working Day for orders BEFORE 2pm Monday-Thursday in Mainland UK. . Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be delivered next working day. )
UK SATURDAY – £12.18 (Mainland UK only for orders BEFORE 2pm Friday. Bank Holidays exempt)
EU – £12.15 (Delivery usually within 7 – 10 working days, but Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days)
Please be aware that customs charges may be applicable for countries within the EU.
REST OF THE WORLD – £25 (Delivery usually within 7 – 10 working days)
We use Royal Mail as our main carrier for shipping. On larger orders we use DPD courier services for delivery. Both options allow customers
to track and trace their parcel whilst in transit. If no one is available to sign for your parcel when it arrives then a card will be left for you to
contact and rearrange delivery.

UK & International Returns
Obsessions are happy to exchange or refund your purchase from online orders only within 14 days starting from the day of receipt
Discounted or sale items purchased must be returned within 7 days starting from the day of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
For Click & Collect orders the 14 days starts after you have received your collection confirmation email.
If you are returning your goods for a refund, it will be credited to the original payment card. Obsessions do not pay the return postage costs.
If you are returning goods for a refund and your purchase qualified for free delivery, and your refund subsequently brings you below that threshold you will be refunded minus the relevant postage charge had the threshold not been achieved.
Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully re sale condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any makeup, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
Items must be returned to us at your own cost, and the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they are received back at Obsessions – therefore we recommend you use a registered postal service and retain proof of postage. Obsessions Fashion is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure the product is packaged is good quality packaging to avoid damage during transit back to our store.
